Ingredients
- 2 small sweet potato
- 3 handfuls of red lentils
- Salt and pepper
- Curry powder 1 tbsp
- 1 tin of tomatoes
- Optional spices cumin, coriander, chilli powder, garam masala, ginger
Instructions
- Peel sweet potato and chop into small cubes
- Place all ingredients into the slow cooker adding optional spices to your preference and salt and pepper to taste
- Cook on low 6 hours or until vegetables are soft.
Notes
Stir in yoghurt at end to make it creamy!
