Ingredients
- 400 g tomatoes (tin)
- 500 g Beef Mince
- 400 g kidney beans (tin) 240g when drained
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup Rice
- Chilli con carne seasoning mix 29p in ALDI
Instructions
- Add tinned tomatoes, beef mince, seasoning mix and half a tin of water into the slow cooker
- Cook on low for 6 hours. Add the rice, kidney beans and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook on low for another hour.
- Add more water if the dish looks dry and the rice is not cooking. Serve when rice is cooked.
