Instructions
Add tinned tomatoes, beef mince, seasoning mix and half a tin of water into the slow cooker
Cook on low for 6 hours. Add the rice, kidney beans and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook on low for another hour.
Add more water if the dish looks dry and the rice is not cooking. Serve when rice is cooked.
